Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Newzlet collects when you visit, and why. Newzlet is operated by an independent sole proprietor based in Denmark; for any privacy question, contact contact@newzlet.com.

What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect names or email addresses unless you email us directly. The data collected when you browse comes from two third-party services:

  • Google Analytics 4 — measures traffic (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring site) so we can see what’s read. This uses cookies and similar identifiers.
  • Google AdSense — serves the advertising that funds the site. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads and, where permitted, to personalise them based on your visits here and to other sites.

Cookies and your choices

Both services above set cookies. You can control or block cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage Google’s ad personalisation at Google My Ad Center. Blocking analytics or ad cookies does not stop you reading the site. See also our Cookie Policy.

Legal basis and your rights

As a Denmark-based operation we handle personal data under the EU GDPR. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you, and to object to processing. Because we hold no account data, in practice the data involved is the analytics and advertising data described above, most of which is controlled by Google. To exercise a right or ask a question, email contact@newzlet.com.

Third-party data handling

Google’s own handling of the data it collects is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.

Changes
